The field app for technicians

Step by step

Install it on a phone, work the day’s route, and update every job from the driveway.

  1. Install it

    Sign in at your company’s FieldRock address on your phone. On Android, tap Install when it offers. On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.

  2. See your day

    Your jobs are listed in order with the address and customer. Tap one to open it.

  3. Update as you go

    Once the office dispatches you, tap On my way, then I’m on site, then Finish job. Each tap is timestamped and the office sees it on the board immediately.

  4. Navigate and call

    One tap opens directions or calls the customer. Gate codes and account warnings are right on the job.

  5. Take photos and notes

    Add photos from the camera and notes on what you found. They attach to the job for the office and the next technician.
