Sell maintenance agreements

Step by step

Recurring revenue: sell a plan, schedule the visits it includes, and give members their discount.

Create your plans
In Settings, add the agreements you sell — price, how often it is billed, how many visits it includes, and the member discount.
Sell one
On a customer, choose Sell an agreement, pick the plan and the address, and set the start date. The terms are locked in, so changing the plan later never rewrites a signed agreement.
Schedule the included visits
Agreements lays out every visit across the term. Turn one into a real job in one click and it goes on the board like any other.
Watch what needs attention
The Agreements page leads with visits owed, agreements renewing soon, and members who have lapsed — the three things that cost money when they are missed.
